Make an account

Go to app.noeto.online and sign up with an email address and a password, or with Google. There is no verification email to wait for — you are signed in and working immediately.

If you arrived from an invitation link, sign up from that link rather than from the home page. Signing up through the invitation joins you to the team in the same step.

Your first team

Everything in Noeto belongs to a team, so the first thing a new account does is make one. Give it a name — usually your company, your department, or the product you are building.

A new team arrives with a board already on it, with columns in the language you are using. It is a starting point, not a template you are stuck with: rename the columns, add your own, or delete the board and start again.

You can belong to any number of teams. An account is not tied to one, and work never crosses between them. The team switcher is in the top bar.

The board

A board is columns, left to right, and cards inside them.

  • Add a card with the button at the top of a column. A title is all it needs; everything else can come later.
  • Move a card by dragging it — between columns, or up and down within one. On a phone, press and hold a card until it lifts, then drag.
  • Open a card by clicking it. That is where the description, the comments and the files live.

The board refreshes itself every few seconds, so a change a teammate makes appears without you reloading anything.
